Far too often, the electrical system of a boat is poorly conceived and sloppily executed, resulting in the most frequent source of boat owner complaints.  The electrical system on the CB 25 has received the extensive design forethought necessary to provide completely trouble free operation for many years.  The marine environment offers one of the most potentially problematic conditions for electrical systems.  Poor component selection and an unprofessional approach here can leave a beautiful boat unusable and tied up to the dock, or worse; dead in the water far from shore!  A clean design is paramount for the electrical layout of a reliable boat.  Carlson Boatworks ensures that every wire has its place and every system is completely controlled through one central circuit breaker panel.  In the unlike event of a problem in any circuit there will be no panicky effort to try to find a hidden fuse buried under the deck.  The clearly marked circuit breakers are easily reached behind a simple panel cover.  The salt water worthy system, when under extreme circumstances, will also allow for complete craft operation with a bare minimum of components should the need ever arise to “power down.”  All systems utilize the finest marine grade wiring and connectors.  A twin sealed battery arrangement will completely isolate the starting system from the other electrical needs.  In the case of a starting problem with one battery, simply turning a switch will combine both batteries ensuring your constant piece of mind and get-home capability.  LED lighting is used for both navigation and interior lighting assuring that there will never be a need for changing bulbs or repairing corroded sockets.
